Service Description

On Wednesday's the Vinyasa yoga class is for one hour and is followed by another hour of Sound Journey accompanied with Pranayama/breathing exercises. We play music, mantra and sound healing instruments; Harmonium, Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks and Chimes. The purpose of this class is to let go of unwanted energies and process deep emotional traumas in a safe space.
